Welcome to the Markwick Gardens Association

Our Association is made up mostly of residents from the immediate area of the gardens and St Leonards.

Our Objectives are simply to return the garden to its previous Edwardian splendour. This calls for a level of maintenance, much of which is achieved by members.  More volunteers are always welcome. The members pay an annual subscription plus a one-off payment towards the gate locks.

As a member you have access to the gardens throughout the year for your own leisure and pleasure.  You can join maintenance groups and enjoy the company of other like minded members in caring for specific areas of the gardens.  In so doing you will contribute towards the conservation of a unique garden and part of the St Leonards history.

During the year we hold a number of fund raising events e.g. barn dance, fun dog shows, summer events, arts and crafts fair, Christmas fair, etc.

You will be welcome and eligible to join the committee and meet new friends.
